Morphotype Comments
Manchester (1994) originally described this genus from the Clarno Formation. Pigg, et al. (2008) postulated that these fruits may be more closely related to the family Polygalaceae, similar to fruits of Paleosecuridaca that they described from the late Paleocene Almont and Beicegel Creek floras of North Dakota. More study needs to be done.
